Thank you for shopping at Scanddie. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help with a simple and transparent return process.
Right to withdraw (EU, EEA & Norway)
If you're located in the EU, EEA, or Norway, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Norway’s Right of Withdrawal Act.
You do not need to provide a reason for withdrawal, but the following conditions apply:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be shipped back within 14 days of notifying Scanddie
How to initiate a return
To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return (optional)
- Clear photos of the item (required if damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we will send you detailed return instructions, including the return address.
Return shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective, or the order is incorrect.
- We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to an error on our part).
Items not eligible for return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized products
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Clear photos showing the problem
- A short description of the issue
We will either issue a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified of either the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing (varies by bank).
Shipping from third-party suppliers
Scanddie works with trusted international suppliers, including from Asia. Your package may have shipping labels or packaging from these partners.
This does not affect your rights as a customer. All orders, support, returns, and refunds are managed by Scanddie.
