Order processing time 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to most countries in Europe and selected international destinations. If your shipping address is not eligible, you will be notified at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

Our products are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers and logistics partners. Estimated delivery times:

  • Norway & Scandinavia: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 10–20 business days
  • International orders: 12–25 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and the specific fulfillment partner used.

Shipping costs

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, worldwide – with no minimum purchase required.

Customs, duties & taxes

All prices shown include applicable taxes. However, for international orders, your local customs office may apply additional import duties, fees, or taxes upon arrival. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.

Scanddie is not responsible for any customs-related delays or extra charges. Please check with your local customs authority for more details before ordering.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Delays or delivery issues

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Weather conditions, labor strikes, or other force majeure events
  • Delivery errors by third-party logistics providers
